The engineering didn't start with software. It started with screwdrivers. Industrial product design. Mechanical engineering. ODM/OEM manufacturing programs. ERP and eCommerce integrations. Construction technology rollouts. Different industries, same principle: spec it, prototype it, test it, ship it.
Mastering AI wasn't a course I took. It was earned the same way I earned everything else — hundreds of prototypes, dozens of dead ends, and a process that now produces agents that run in production, not just impress in demos. The lesson 25 years taught me: working beats clever.
