End-to-end procurement, rack-and-stack, and commissioning of a two-cabinet high-density AI compute cluster valued at $600k+. Scope of work: • Requirements analysis and hardware specification for AI workloads including LLM training and inference. • GPU server procurement and validation (high-density compute nodes with enterprise-grade GPUs). • High-speed InfiniBand and Ethernet networking for low-latency inter-node communication. • Redundant power distribution units (PDUs) and UPS integration for each cabinet. • Thermal and cooling design to support high-density power loads. • Physical rack-and-stack, cable management, and labeling across both cabinets. • Firmware configuration, BIOS tuning, and GPU driver stack initialization. • Software environment setup and end-to-end burn-in testing.
