Global Data Telecom (GDT) is a global managed-mobility and telecommunications provider serving enterprise clients across North America and Europe. We transformed GDT’s corporate website into a unified digital platform, launched a full eCommerce store (ShopGDT), and delivered a mobile device management application and a product inventory system with integrated geo-tracking. Most recently, we added an AI-powered online chatbot that delivers instant service and product information and lets visitors book appointments directly from the site.

Scope of work: • Corporate Site Enhancement – Rebuilt and modernized the corporate website to showcase GDT's managed mobility, carrier, security, and IoT service lines with clearer navigation and stronger lead capture. • eCommerce Store (ShopGDT) – Developed a robust online store for GDT's devices, accessories, and service plans with secure checkout and customer accounts. • Mobile Device Management App – Delivered an MDM application supporting iOS, Android, and Windows for device enrollment, security-policy enforcement, app distribution, and remote troubleshooting. • Product Inventory Application – Built inventory management software integrated with geo-tracking for real-time visibility and control of assets across multiple locations. Recent enhancement: • AI Online Chatbot – Added an intelligent chatbot that answers service and product questions instantly and books appointments directly from the site, providing 24/7 self-service and faster lead conversion.
